Carl Hayesmore joins Midwich security

New hire aims to develop a team of industry experts

Midwich Security, specialists in physical security solutions and a division of Midwich the UK’s leading trade-only distributor of audiovisual, print, and barcode technologies, has today announced the appointment of Carl Hayesmore to the position of technical sales manager.

With ten years of experience in the security industry as well as six in IT, Carl has been involved in network design and operation and network security systems design from basic setups to multi-million pound systems. This has included working with all levels of the process from manufacturing, distribution, integrators, end users, and consultants.

Having developed and operated professional training schemes for integrators and accredited continuing professional development courses for consultants, Carl is well positioned to tackle one of his main goals which is to develop the Midwich Security sales team into industry experts fully able to support their clients. Ultimately, this will deliver the further goal of enriching the experience of all Midwich Security clients.

Carl who also plans on utilising other Midwich divisions to develop complete security solutions commented ‘I am looking forward to working with a multi-discipline distributor and facing the two big challenges this presents.
